Regarding Shipping Cost
Shipping costs vary by region:
Tohoku Region: Starting from 550 yen (Free Shipping over 10,000 yen)
Kanto Region, Shinetsu Region: Starting from 605 yen (Free Shipping over 10,000 yen)
Hokuriku Region and Tokai Region: Starting from 660 yen (Free Shipping over 10,000 yen)
Kansai Region, Hokkaido region, Shikoku Region and Chugoku region : Starting from 693 yen (Free Shipping over 15,000 yen)
Kyushu Region: Starting from 715 yen (Free Shipping over 15,000 yen)
Okinawa Region: Starting from 1300 yen ( Free Shipping over 20,000 yen)
Please note that these are starting prices, and the final shipping cost may vary based on factors such as package weight and size.
Regarding Cash on Delivery fee
Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are as follows:
330 yen for orders less than 10,000 yen
440 yen for orders less than 30,000 yen
660 yen for orders less than 100,000 yen
***These fees are applicable in addition to the total order amount if the method of payment is cash.
When displaying the total amount on our website, please note that the cash on delivery (COD) fee might not be included. However, this fee should be provided to the shipping company at the time of delivery, in addition to the total cost of your order. Rest assured; we will also give you a call to inform you about this fee prior to delivery.
Regarding Delivery
Delivery Method and Restrictions: All deliveries are handled by Sagawa Express Co., Ltd, and we only ship within Japan as of now. If you want international shipping, please contact us at 0186-59-8047.
Estimated Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days. If payment is made via bank transfer, additional time may be required to arrange the product after confirming the payment.
Flexibility and Limitations: Please understand that we cannot accommodate sudden requests or specific arrival dates.
Possible Delays: Kindly note that the delivery date may be delayed by 1-2 days due to weather/traffic conditions or product availability. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us.
Regarding Return and Refund
Problems with the Delivered Product:
Upon receiving your order, please promptly review the order confirmation email to ensure that the received items match your order. If you encounter any issues such as receiving the wrong product, missing items, or concerns regarding product quality or damage, kindly reach out to us via email or phone within 3 days of receipt. Our team will assess the issue, and if confirmed, we will facilitate an exchange, resend the correct item, or process a return.
Any expenses incurred due to errors on our part will be covered entirely by our store.
Please note that returns or exchanges may not be accepted if the product has been consumed or discarded.
Product Changes/Cancellations due to Customer Convenience:
Please be aware that changes or cancellations to orders cannot be accommodated once the order has been placed.
Refunds for Returns:
For purchases made via credit card, the transaction will be cancelled, while for bank transfers or cash on delivery, the product price will be refunded to your designated account.
Billing and Payment of Price Differences for Exchanges:
If there's a price difference resulting from an exchange, we will contact you via phone or email to make necessary arrangements.
Customer Responsibility:
If the customer refuses delivery for personal reasons, they will be responsible for the product cost and return shipping fee.
