What payment methods do you accept?

You can choose from the following payment options.

  1. In-store payment: You can pay in cash after visiting the store.

  2. Bank transfer: After placing your order, we will inform you of the bank account to which the payment should be made, so please send us a copy of the transfer slip. We will ship the item as soon as the payment is confirmed.

  3. Cash on delivery: Please pay the product price and cash on delivery fee to the delivery person at the time of delivery. You will receive the product and receipt.

Does the product come with storage instructions?

Most products come with storage instructions. if the storage method for products not listed, we will notify you via email.

Can I set up regular delivery?

Regular distribution is not set.

Are all your products organic? 

Products listed under our 'Being Organic' category are certified organic, ensuring you can purchase them with confidence. However, other products not in this category may not be fully organic or may not yet be certified organic. Nevertheless, these items are minimally processed and highly natural, offering significant health benefits compared to the more processed items commonly found in stores.

Will you delivery products any part of Japan?

Yes, we can delivery products any part of Japan. 

Will you also deliver products overseas? 

Sorry, we are unable to delivery products overseas. However, it may possible if you order products in bulk.

Will  you charge for delivery products?

Free shipping within Japan , If you purchase more than amount of 10,000 yen one time. In case delivery charge you can check at our website.
