[ Description of item ]Akitakomachi is a cultivated variety of rice . It was developed by Akita Prefecture in Japan and adopted as a prefecture- recommended variety in 1984. Since then, it has been cultivated throughout Japan, mainly in Akita Prefecture and the Tohoku region.
