[ Description of item ]Dewa no Mochi is a delicious sticky rice with a strong sweetness. It is chewy and allows you to pound a smooth mochi without any lumpy feeling. It is a valuable variety that is delicious but difficult to cultivate, and is cultivated only in the Shonai region of Yamagata Prefecture, which is the same strain as Koshihikari and Sasanishiki, which are representative of delicious rice, and whose father's side is Koganemochi, which is representative of sticky rice.
The cultivation standard is to use no more than 5 ingredients including herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides.[Raw materials]
